Nottinghamshire County Council has produced a Winter Wise booklet which you can find on the BCVS website.

There are lots of things that affect our health and wellbeing - housing, employment, education, food, transport and community networks all play a big role.

Nottinghamshire County Council has produced a booklet that they hope will give you some tips on how to stay well and get help if you, your family or friends need it.
